Cancellation right

As a customer you have the right to back out of the contract, return the goods or completely cancel your order without a statement within 10 business days of receiving your order. The shipping costs for returning the products has to be paid by the customer. The delivered products must be returned undamaged, unused and in clean, functional and complete condition, in flawless original packaging.
If the products were timely and properly returned, you receive the new invoice. If the bill has been paid already, you will receive store credit for the returned products, which you can see in your customer account. It is possible to cash out the return amount, If it is more than CHF 100.--.
If you paid with a credit card, the amount will be refunded to your credit card.

Incorrect delivery

If you receive the wrong product, you will receive the shipping costs for the products. We will not refund any costs which my have resulted from the incorrect delivery. Please include a copy of your bill in the package and write down which product was incorrect. After receiving your returned product, we will exchange it and send it to you.
